John Bray

John recently made a welcome return to Pantheon after a gap of 9 years travelling the world. John Grew up in Derby and performed with several local companies in shows such as Kiss me Kate, Guys and Dolls, The Boyfriend, Salad Days, Fiddler on The Roof, and Carmen and La Traviata at the Buxton Opera House.

Having moved to Glasgow John joined Pantheon in 1989, and appeared in Hello Dolly, Annie, Cabaret, Adrian Mole, Beyond Reasonable Doubt, and finally as Francis in La Cage Aux Folles. Moving south once more he played the part of Chino in West Side Story and young Buddy Plummer in Follies.

Now John is back in Glasgow and he was happy to return to The King’s once more in our 2002 production of West Side Story.
