Kate Neilson

Kate graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama with a BA in Dramatic Studies where she gained a scholarship and an award for best student in her final year.

She has been involved in all aspects of the theatre for over 25 years and has tutored in drama, drama direction and voice production for NODA in many areas of the country.

She has directed various shows, including Pirates of Penzance and Fiddler on The Roof with Monklands Light Opera, the Scottish Amateur Premières of Dido and Aeneas & L'Oracola with Glasgow Grand and Calamity Jane and The Wizard of Oz. She also directed Pantheon's recent Scrooge—The Musical.

She has also been involved with many pantos, plays and historical reenactments when she was Project Director for Stirling Heritage Company.

Kate now runs her own successful Personal Development Training Company.
