Kim Mclaughlin
At the age of 16 Kim joined Hamilton Drama Club and had the opportunity to work with choreographer Irene McMillan and play many rôles including Lorraine Fleming in 42nd Street, Patsy in Crazy for You and had several dance rôles in musical revues. Kim trained at the Lesley Dutch School of Dance, has achieved an associate diploma in Stage Dance and now teaches and choreographs both children and students.
Kim has also spent many years with Eros Theatre Company and has choreographed several shows including Mame, Sweet Charity, Calamity Jane and My Fair Lady. Kim will shortly begin work choreographing the Gerschwin musical Crazy for You.
Kim particularly enjoyed playing Anybody's in our production of West Side Story, particularly all the hanging around with the Jets in rehearsals! Kim also achieved another lifelong ambition—she got to perform without having to wear high heels!!
