Martin Cook
West Side Story, in 2002, was Martin’s third show with Pantheon, having appeared earlier the same year as Brian in Passing Places at Gilmorehill G12 and in 2001 as Scruggs in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas at The King’s.
Being a fan of shows such as NYPD Blue and Hill St Blues (remember that?) Martin was thrilled to be cast as Lt Shrank (the closest he'll get to being a New York cop) and found it especially pleasing to portray Shrank’s nasty side, safe in the knowledge that he had a big cop to protect him in the form of Officer Krupke.
