The Great Coarse Acting Show

In the same comi-tragic tradition that saw Les Dawson employing great skill in murdering tunes at the piano, Pantheon likes to think that it takes no inconsiderable talent to really knacker up a theatrical production.

Hence our September 2000 production of Michael Green's Plays For Coarse Actors: Four Plays Gone Wrong—with (mostly) hilarious consequences:

A Collier's Tuesday Tea. Reet Grim coalmining saga from Oop North.
Streuth! Whodunnit? Probably the man with the chainsaw.
The Cherry Sisters. A good, old-fashioned dose of Russian despair, desperation, and many wistful sighs.
Julius And Cleopatra. A tragedy.
